- Free shipping over $75 — US orders
- $6.95 flat rate under $75
- Ships in 1–3 business days
- Arrives in 3–7 business days after that, via USPS
- Gift-ready as standard — no extra charge, every order
Every gift set qualifies for free shipping on its own.
Where we ship
- United States only for now — including PO boxes and APO/FPO
- Outside the US? Email orders@cathou.com and we'll see what we can do
When your order leaves us
- 1–3 business days to pack and dispatch
- Weekend and holiday orders go out the next business day
- Everything is wrapped by hand — tissue, ribbon, cotton pouch — so we take a little care rather than rushing it out
Tracking
- Emailed to you as soon as your parcel is on its way
- Delivery estimates aren't guarantees — carriers run late sometimes, especially around the holidays

No gift-wrap option to choose — it's simply how everything ships. Want a note included? Mention it at checkout.
Please check your address
- We ship to the address entered at checkout
- Something wrong? Email orders@cathou.com quickly — we'll fix it if the parcel hasn't left
- Once shipped, we can't reroute it, and we can't replace orders lost to an incorrect address
Lost or damaged parcels
- Arrived damaged? Photograph it before unpacking and email us within 7 days — we'll make it right
- Tracking says delivered but nothing came? Check with your household and neighbours first, then contact us and we'll help open a carrier claim
